Learn how Illinois business, education, and workforce development can gain significant economic advantages by working together to promote the WorkKeys assessments and the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).

Hear employers speak on how the NCRC has helped them hire the right people with the right skills and increased their return on investment on new hires, as well as saving time and money.  Learn from workforce development professionals on how to implement the NCRC at your place of business and how to connect with education.
