"Winning Teams" will be the subject of the Wednesday, August 27th meeting of the Grundy Cill Human Resources Association.  Networking begins at 7:30 am with the chapter meeting scheduled for 7:45 am.  The one-hour program begins at 8:00 am and has been approved for one hour of continuing education credit.  The GWHRA meeting and program are open to area human resource professionals and interested members of the business community. There is a $10 fee for non-members.

Leaders at all levels can benefit from this program geared to understanding how to build, motivate, and keep teams running at their optimum potential.  Chip Lutz, president and founder of Unconventional Leader, LLC, will facilitate this program that will examine key components of winning teams, motivating teams by applying B.F. Skinner's theories for behavioral change, and using rewards that require little to no budget.
