Santa Claus is Coming to Grundy County is excited to announce its first-ever family-friendly Touch-a-Truck Event, set for Saturday, July 19, 2025 - 10 am to 3 pm at the Lions Park in Coal City. The event promises to deliver a fun-filled day for families across the region while raising funds for the organization and for the Heroes & Helpers initiative.

This interactive experience will feature an impressive lineup of vehicles for children (and adults!) to explore.  In addition to the truck showcase, attendees can enjoy fun and games on the ballfield, including: easy striker and Pit Stop Challenge games; Pick-a-Duck activity (provided by Hometown Storage) with many more activities to be announced.  There will also be food available.

For just $10 per family, guests can access all activities, with proceeds supporting the organization and the Heroes & Helpers program.  The Touch-a-Truck area will remain free and open to the public, ensuring accessibility and enjoyment for all.
