This class is designed to get anyone in their younger
teenage years up and moving!  The class will provide a
great mix of exercises that use a variety of equipment from
exercise balls, weights, bosu balls, medicine balls,
resistance bands, and much more.  Whether one wants to
lose weight, tone up, meet new people, challenge
themselves, or just have something different to do after
school, this class would fit right in.
