Riverside Chiropractic Center - Teen & Adult Hard Core Exercise Class #2
This class will be focused on developing a strong core.
Several disciplines of exercise will be used, such as
yoga, pilates, and stability ball to improve core strength,
balance and flexibility. This class may bring in some
more difficult moves than the Hard Core Class.
