Riverside Chiropractic Center - Afternoon Shape-Up Exercise Class
This class has stemmed from our other powerful Late
Night Shape-Up class. This class is more for the earlier
birds however. It is geared towards overall fitness. Multiple
types of exercises will be utilized throughout to help increase
cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, and
balance.
