Revolutionary Sourcing at Grundy/Will Human Resources Assoc. Meeting

Human resource professionals and business owners can gain some new perspectives on effective recruiting by attending this event.  Networking begins at 7:30 am, with the chapter meeting scheduled for 7:45 am.  The one-hour program begins at 8 am and is eligible for one hour of continuing education credit.  The GWHRA meeting and program are open to area human resource professionals and interested members of the business community.

The goal of the session, presented by Kevin Crews of AIR, an ADP Company, is to help recruiters move beyond uses of well-known professional networking sites to produce revolutionary recruiting plans that combine cutting edge sourcing tactics with long forgotten methods to outwit the competition and find the best talent.  Crews is a recruiter and trainer with over 20 years experience in the field.
