A five-week series of education and exercise classes that tackle women’s health issues including pelvic pain & dysfunction, urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, lower back pain, and general chronic pain. At each session, our expertly trained physical therapists will focus on treatments specific teach individual, while incorporating the needed support in a group atmosphere.
