A morning of Fun and Fitness!
Kick off your day with a one mile walk around the medical center at 8:30 a.m. followed by health & fitness fun and games in the Wallin Auditorium. Checkers, chess, Scrabble, jigsaw puzzles, line dancing, a healthy food demonstration, putting contest, foot screenings, blood pressure screenings and LOTS MORE!
