Morris Hospital Open House to View the New Cardiovascular Cath Lab

Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers is celebrating the
arrival of its new Siemens Artis Zee cardiovascular angiographic
system at this open house.  The open house will include
refreshments and demonstrations of the new equipment.

The new cardiovascular cath lab system is used during diagnostic
studies and interventions including coronary and peripheral
angiography, angioplasty, stenting, pacemaker and
defibrillator implantation, and interventional radiology
special procedures.

With this new system specially trained cardiologists at
Morris Hospital are able to open blocked arteries and
restore blood flow to the heart during a procedure called
coronary angioplasty.
