Morris Hospital D & R Center Cardiac Health Risk Assessment Event

To find out whether you have heart disease, take the
$35 Cardiac Health Risk Assessment at the Diagnostic and
Rehabilitative Center of Morris on Gore Road.

The assessment includes a total cholesterol blood test
(HDL, LDL and triglycerides), fasting glucose test for diabetes,
blood pressure, pulse, height and weight, abdominal girth
measurements and computerized body fat analysis.  Results
of the cardiac health risk assessment will be mailed to each
participant's home.

The screening takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
Fasting is required.
