At 9 am runners and walkers will do a 3.1 mile course through residential neighborhoods from White Oak Elementary School. 

A separate "Tot Trot" for children ages 8 and under will take place at 8:30 am in the field behind White Oak School.

The first 500 runners and walkers to register will receive dry-fit t-shirts.  Tot Trot participants will receive cotton t-shirts.

Participants can receive a discounted rate by registering before 12 pm on September 24.  Pre-registration fees are $25 for the 5K run, $18 for the Wellness Walk, and $8 for the Tot Trot.  Pre-registration can be completed online through www.morrishospital.org, or by calling 815-705-7364 and requesting a registration form by mail.

After September 24, participants can register on race day.  Race day registration is $30 for the 5K Run, $25 for the Wellness Walk and $8 for the Tot Trot.
