Mazon Creek Fossil Tour Rescheduled
Learn about the environment, ecosystems, and the climate of Northern Illinois as it was 300 million years ago by collecting fossil specimens at the Mazon Fossil Beds. You will be led through the most famous fossil site of the midwest by Dave Dolak, Geologist from Columbia College, Chicago. Everyone will have specimens to take home to remember the day. Cocktail hour and al fresco dining with steak, chicken or port chops are included.
A few new slots have opened up so book now. Cost per person/per day is $150.00. Call 815-220-1848 for reservations.
The second tour will be Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
