Lantern Making for Children's Lighted Parade

Bring the kids down to the Eagle’s Hall, 120 N. Liberty St., to construct a lantern for the lantern parade! The lantern making will take place from 1:30 p.m. -4:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon. Once the lantern is complete be sure to stick around so the child can march in the parade and display his/her newly made creation. All materials will be provided at no cost. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and adults must remain with the children at all times. This has become a very popular and exciting event for many families!
Prior to the lighted holiday parade – any child that wishes to participate in a march around the courthouse lawn with their lantern is welcome to do so beginning at 4:45 p.m. at the Eagles Hall.
