of practicing a self-nurturing lifestyle. This daytime mini-retreat will

Teaching on the importance of taking time to care for yourself ~
Connecting with the outdoors, journaling and meditation practice ~
Gentle, restorative Yoga practice ~ Relaxing personal Massage
Therapy ~ Pampering of your feet, hands, or face with natural
skin care products ~ Preparation of a delicious healthy lunch and
one week of meal planning for at home ~ Drawing for free one-hour
Massage to one lucky participant!
