"Knight of the Legion of Honor" Award to Arnold Kjellesvik

Park Pointe Senior Living is hosting a meet and greet for Mr. Arnold "Sonny" Kjellesvik.  Mr. Kjellesvik received this honor from the Consul General of France for his valorous action during World War II.  This outstanding distinction is the highest honor that France can bestow upon those who have achieved remarkable deeds for France.  His invaluable contribution to the liberation of France has not been forgotten.  By Decree of the President of the French Republic made on February 3, 2014.
