2012 Lights of Love Memorial Tribute Video
A tribute to honor and celebrate the lives of those we have
lost will be shown during this year's ceremony.  This professionally
created video will be shown on the Rialto Square Theatre's
huge movie screen inside the Threatre.

Please consider honoring your loved one in this video by the
following ways:
1.  E-mail digital image (preferred method) to jwulff@joliethospice.org,
and please put 2012 Lights of Love in subject line.
2.  Bring to Joliet Area Community Hospice (JACH) office to be scanned,
must be able to wait while picture is scanned.
