The Internal Revenue Service and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity will present a webinar discussing COVID Tax Relief for Employers and the Economic Impact Payments and Recovery Rebate Credit. This webinar is intended to provide information to business owners and tax preparers alike. There will be two identical presentations, one at 6pm on Thursday March 25th, and one on Friday March 26th at 10am. You need not attend both webinars, one should suffice. The webinars will be scheduled for an hour and a half, allowing for two separate topics to be discussed. Namely; (1) Co-Vid Tax Relief for Employers and (2) The Economic Impact Payments and Recovery Rebate Credit. Mike Mudroncik; Senior Stakeholder Liaison at the Internal Revenue Service; will lead the presentation. Please share with anyone you deem appropriate.
