The Illinois Department of Transportation invites you to attend a local officials' briefing to be held prior to the public meeting for the Illinois High-Speed Rail Chicago to St. Louis Program  -  Kankakee River Bridge and Track improvements. 

The purpose of the public meeting will be to present the environmental documentation for the Kankakee River Bridge and Track improvements and to discuss the Program activities.
