Home for the Holidays annual Lighted Holiday Parade
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES FOR THE HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS LIGHTED PARADE IS NOVEMBER 20th.
Applications may be obtained by calling the MDDP office at 815-941-0245 or downloading one from their website http://www.downtownmorris.com/homefortheholidays.htm.
Area businesses and residents are encouraged to register to be part of this year's Annual Parade. The parade committee requests that all entries be decorated with lights, and that those in walking units dress in holiday colors. The lineup area for the parade will be Franklin Street from Illinois Avenue to Washington Street and the county parking lot behind the Courthouse.
The parade will begin at the corner of Franklin and Washington Streets and continue north on Liberty Street. The parade will conclude at Chapin Park where the beautiful lights of the park will be lit!
