“HISTORY OF CHANNAHON & MINOOKA”
The Grundy County Historical Society is delighted to have Michele Houchens, Local Historian, of the Three Rivers Public Library in Minooka, speak on the “History of Channahon & Minooka.” She will present "Pictures from the Past" as well as a power-point presentation of photos from the history of the Minooka and Channahon area. The Local History Collection is located in Minooka's former Masonic Lodge Hall, now the Minooka Branch of the Three Rivers Library.
The program will be on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at 7 p.m. and will be held at the Grundy County Museum, 510 W. Illinois Ave. Morris. All visitors and members are welcome to attend.
