Free Training Update Seminar for The Path to Sustainable Change

This seminar is for local professionals including, business owners, energy managers, facility operators, industry and manufacturing building owners, contractors, building officials, municipal representatives, college faculty, staff, and students.  This seminar is on a first come-first served basis as seating capacity is limited.

This business and industry training update trains participants in a process for creating sustainable change.  This training will provide participants with:

• an in-depth understanding of the Path to Sustainable Change
• Skills to achieve sustainable behavior change in energy efficiency within organizations
• Knowledge of how to start a movement

The training focuses on how to use the Path to Sustainable Change and connect the few and the many.  There are four steps in creating sustainable change.  The training explains these steps, provides examples of each, and lets participants practice creating sustainable behavior change for energy efficiency that can be translated into their organizations.
