This seminar is for local professionals including business owners, energy managers, facility operators, industry and manufacturing building owners, contractors, building officials, municipal representatives, college faculty, staff, and students. The class is available on a first come-first served basis and seating capacity is limited.
In this training, participants will come together to focus on employee engagement strategies, and the resulting behavior change, as a means by which to increase awareness and participation in sustainability (specifically, energy efficiency) efforts. Drawing upon experiential and conversational techniques, the trainers will leverage proprietary tools created and applied within broad public and private social change initiatives to create an interactive and thought-provoking learning environment.
