Reservations are required by calling 815-735-9250 as seating is every 1/2 hour and the last seating is at 1 pm.

The carving station will have Brown Sugar Glazed Ham and Turkey Breast  ~  Slow Roasted Beef Brisket  ~  Chicken Parmesan  ~  Baked Macaroni and Cheese  ~  Mashed Potato Bar with all the Fixin's  ~  Candied Sweet Potatoes Mashed  ~  Penne Pasts w/Creamy Tomato Vodka Cream Sauce  ~  Glazed Baby Carrots  ~   Seasoned and Buttered California Blend  ~Scrambled Egg Bar w/Incredible Edible Toppings  ~  Shredded Sausage Egg Strata  Baked French Toast  ~  Applewood Smoked Bacon  ~  Sausage Patties  ~  Potatoes O'Brien  ~  Fresh Fruit Salad  ~  Assorted Homemade Coffee Cake, Muffins, and Breakfast Breads.
