5 juicy..gently grilled & chilled, Black Tiger shrimp together
w/hand-cut portabella mushroom fries,  Lightly dipped in
tempura batter, served on bed of greens w/dressing choice
& homemade remoulade sauce for dipping.

Entrees
Glazed BBQ Salmon w.Pineapple-Rum Sauce
Fresh Atlantic salmon filet, sauteed in Chapin's Seasoned Butter till
delicately crisp then gently brushed w/our "Award Winning" BBQ sauce
and perfectly glazed in the oven finished w/our house-made
pineapple/rum sauce & accompanied by our maple & cinnamon
sweet potato blend (light portion or regular portion)

Heavenly Linguini
Tender chunks of Chicken, crisp pancetta bacon, caramelized
onions, button mushrooms, sauteed spinach & garlic....
lovingly sauteed in olive oil & de-glazed w/red wine tossed in
Vinny's Our House-Made, tomato vodka cream sauce and
topped w/parmesan and asiago cheese.
