Grilled & Chilled Fall Vegetables *
Grilled & chilled zucchini, squash, red onion and carrot, drizzled
w/balsamic vinaigrette & smoked paprika oil.  Finished with crumbled Feta

Prosciutto, Mushroom & Caramelized Onion Risotto *
Creamy Risotto laced w/Italian prosciutto red wine, sauteed button
mushrooms, caramelized red onions and Wisconsin Asiago cheese

Black Pepper Lamb Lollipops & Fall Garden Salsa
Italian-spice rubbed..char-grilled lamb lollipops, crowned atop fall garden
melange & red wine roasted mushrooms.  Served w/Rosemary potato
wedges.  Finished w/drizzle of roasted garlic oil.
 
Midwestern-Sage Pork Strip
10-12 oz pork strip.  Rubbed w/coarse salt & cracked black pepper,
char-grilled to perfection, drizzled with roasted garlic infused olive oil and
finished w/caramelized onion laced sage cream sauce on Rosemary
potato wedges.

Bronzed Duck Breast w/Cherry Compote
Creole seasoned duck breast, pan seared until golden, served stop
whipped sweet potatoes, adorned by savory port wine
cherry compote & blackberry brandy demi-glace.
