Chapin's Style of BBQ is certified humanely raised meats and are dry rubbed Slow smoked and/or roasted, grilled and prepared for more hours. Then, "Sauced" by you.
#1 - "SIMPLY" - PULLED-PORK SANDWICH (Dry rubbed and mysteriously prepared...for 14 hours. Served on our homemade bun w/pickle & chips. $6
#2 - "PIG-PEN" - PULLED-PORK SANDWICH (Same as above although accompanied by 2 sides. $9
#3 - "THE WORKS" - PULLED-P0RK SANDWICH (Same as above but accompanied by 3 sides. $11
St. Louis-Style, Pork Spare Ribs ~ Dry rubbed and secretly prepared for 8 to 10 hours.
Chapin's Made Bread Pudding ~ Drenched w/our Kentucky Bourbon Sauce.
