Circuit Breaker
WILL COUNTY CENTER FOR COMMUNITY CONCERNS
LIHEAP - Low Income Heat Energy Assistance Program
Documents that are needed for the different services above are,
but not limited to: Front page of 2012 1040 tax return, Social
Security 1099, Property Deed, recent Real Estate Tax Bill,
Driver's License or State ID, Social Security Card, recent gas
and electric bill.
