August 7-11  Channahon’s Three Rivers Festival
Central Park on Rt. 6 in Channahon is where to be August 7-11! The Three Rivers Festival features a spectacular carnival midway, food and commercial vendors, special events and entertainment, a beer garden with live music, the ELITE Rehabilitation Firefly 5K and One Mile Kids races, car show, and more! This community festival, put on annually by a volunteer Board of community members with assistance from the Village of Channahon and the Channahon Park District,  financially benefits the Channahon Lions Club, Channahon Pony Baseball, Chanooka Braves, and Channahon Fire Department. Other governmental agencies and not for profits can also share in a portion of the proceeds through an annual grant program. Sponsorship investments by area businesses and spending at the Festival directly benefit services throughout the Channahon community!
