Authentic Leadership in the 21st Century In the 21st Century, leaders and managers are facing new challenges.  This presentation will outline the theory of authentic leadership and how authenticity is defining modern leaders. The program will also provide practical insight on how you can work to develop yourself to be an authentic leader.
