ESGR understands the unique talents and skill set Guard and Reserve Service members can bring to the civilian workforce. In an effort to forge strong bonds between employers and their military employees, ESGR provides programs that promote a greater understanding of military service and assists in educating businesses about their rights and responsibilities when employing a Guard or Reserve Service member.
