Beginners Level Classes of TAI CHI
People that practice Tai Chi do so for its health benefits which include stress reduction, balance improvement, well-being, and healing the body. Tai Chi’s slow, soothing movements incorporate deep breathing, and relaxing postures that cleanse the mind and body each time you go through the gentle movements.
Classes typically run 1 hour weekly for a session of 12 weeks allowing for holidays. A donation of $20 for the 12 weeks is asked and students should be at least 50 years of age.
Class size is limited to 20 people.
