More and more people are learning to keep bees and for good reasons. The emphasis is to increase and preserve available pollinators, of which bees play a major role.
University of Illinois educators and experienced beekeepers will present these topics and more; biology of thy honeybee, what does it take to be a beekeeper, beekeeping, and the plight of the pollinators.
The fee for this workshop is $5 per person. Pre-registration with fee is required by April 26, 2016. Please register online at http://web.extension.illinois.edu/gkw.
