A Night at the Races 2013
Join us for the 4th annual Night at the Races horse race themed fundraiser, Saturday, February 2, 2013 in the Immaculate Conception School Gym. "Night at the Races" is open to the public and all are invited for an evening of food, fun and prizes!
Doors open at 5:30p.m. with Dinner served from 5:30 to 7:00p.m. and Horse Racing beginning at 7:00p.m. Admission is $15 per person, including dinner, snacks, a race program and $7 in “funny money” used for the horse racing.
The delicious homemade dinner features spaghetti, meatballs, tortellini, Italian sausage with peppers, garden salad, bread sticks and beverage. A cash bar will also be available all evening!
Once inside the race, enjoy the opportunity to place bets on horse racing that will appear on a huge video screen, so bring extra cash to be converted to “funny money”. If you’ve never been to a horse race, or don’t know how to place a bet, don’t worry. It’s fun and easy and you will soon be joining the hundreds of race goers in cheering your favorite horse on to victory! This event is fun, fun, fun!!
All proceeds go to the Immaculate Conception School. Must be at least 21 years old to attend. Advertising and sponsorship opportunities are limited and will be accepted on a first come first served basis, so act quickly if you wish to be a sponsor or advertiser.
