Registration:  Pre-registration is always encouraged.  Same day
registration begins at 7 am.  Runners who pre-registered can check
in on race day between the hours of 7 am - 8:45 am.

Course:  The 5K course will take place at Ellis House & Equestrian
Center on a scenic cross-country style course.  Bring a change
of clothes and shoes.  You will get muddy and wet, but it's worth it.

Entry Fee:  The entry fee is $25.  Same day registration is $35 and
closes at 8:45 am sharp.  The entry fee includes a T-shirt & awards
ceremony in the indoor arena following the race.  NO REFUNDS

Packet Pick-up:  Race day packet pick-up begins on race day at 7am.   
Participants who register AFTER December 6th will not receive their T-shirt
until after race day.  It will be mailed to you.

Results:  Professional electronic timing by Kompusport.  Official
results online at www.Kompusport.com

Age Divisions:  10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,
60-69, 70+

Awards:  Prizes will be alwarded to BEST OVERALL MALE, BEST
OVERALL female and the top three finishers in each age division.

Event Sponsor:  An effective way to show your support within the
community and increase consumer awareness.  Choose from
different sponsor levels ranging from $50 to $500 with sponsor
benefits increasing with the size of the contribution.

Raffle Donation:  Donate items such as gift cards, merchandise,
services, sporting event tickets, etc as they are all tax deductible.

Proceeds from this annual event fund the equestrian activities
provided to area residents to connect environmental stewardship
with the equestrian, educational and recreational opportunities we
provide to county residents.
