27th Annual Social Evening for Grundy Community Volunteer Hospice

Grundy Community Volunteer Hospice is a non-profit organization licensed by the
Illinois Department of Public Health as a volunteer hospice with services of
nursing (contracted), bereavement and counseling.

Hospice is a concept of care which provides physical, social, emotional and
spiritual support for the terminal patient & their families.
